Hypothesis
If Bryahna Turro, Emily Hoffman, and Angela LaBella were to attempt to filter both iodized table salt and uniodized sea salt by using heat and evaporation, then the iodized table salt will filter faster. This is correct because the smaller the particle, the faster it will be removed from the water. The un-iodized sea salt has bigger salt crystals, therefore, the evaporation process will take longer. It will be more difficult for the Wikians to filter their water, because it contains un-iodized sea salt. As far as bacteria, we predict that boiling it after the experiment will get rid of any excess bacteria. When we do the final taste test, we will not taste any bacteria left in the water.
